NOTE: If your grill is dirty from your last grilling, let it heat for about 5 minutes and scrub with a barbecue brush until clean.
A charcoal grill adds an extra smoky flavor to the chorizo.
- Put the vegetable oil in a small dish: Dip a paper towel in the vegetable oil and brush it over the grill grate using tongs to avoid burns. The vegetable oil helps in preventing the chorizo from sticking onto the grill.
- Place the chorizo on the grill: Space the links evenly, leaving about an inch between them for good air circulation and cooking. Cover the grill with its lid over the chorizo to trap the heat and keep it hot.
NOTE: If preparing for more people, double or triple the chorizo as you desire.

- Add 6 tablespoons of water along with the chorizo into the pan.
- Cover with a lid and leave to cook for ten to twelve minutes. Make sure to turn every 3-5 minutes.
- Remove the lid and continue cooking for an additional 5-7minutesor until golden brown and ideal temperatures of 160 degrees Fahrenheit attained.

NOTE: While medium heat works well when time is limited, we recommend low heat when pan-frying chorizo as it allows the flavors to develop fully. High heat may cause the chorizo to burn.
